On the sixth day of Christmas, The Sacred Olive paired for me:
Lemon Olive Oil & Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
• 3 clementines, peeled and sectioned
• Seeds from 1 or ½ of a large pomegranate
• 2 kiwis chopped
• ½ pear chopped
• 1 banana sliced into rounds
• 1 Tbs, The Sacred Olive Lemon Olive Oil
• ½ Tbs. of The Sacred Olive Apricot Balsamic Vinegar
• ½ lemon juiced
• 8 drops liquid Stevia, or 1 Tbs. Honey
• Pinch of The Sacred Olive Celtic Sea Salt
• Add all of the sliced fruit into a large mixing bowl
• In a smaller bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, lemon juice, stevia/honey, and sea salt.
• Pour over the fruit and coat evenly.
• Serve and enjoy!
