4 chicken breasts
2 cloves minced garlic
4 tablespoons The Sacred Olive Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
3 tablespoons Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
2 tablespoons Victoria Taylor’s Zesty Lemon Herb Seasoning
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 small bag of mini carrots
1 onion, cut into small chunks
Place the carrots on the bottom of the slow cooker followed by the onions. Place the chicken over the onions.
In a small bowl mix together the garlic, Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, Sicilian Lemon Balsamic, Zesty Lemon Herb seasoning, and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken and set to low, cook 6-7 hours or high and cook 4-5 hours.
These ingredients can also be combined into a ziplock bag raw and frozen for a quick freezer meal on a busy night.
