Black Bean Salsa

1 can black beans

1 can sweet corn

3 plum tomatoes, chopped small

juice of one lime

1 tablespoon lime zest

1 teaspoon The Sacred Olive Garlic Sea Salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 cup The Sacred Olive Cayenne Pepper Olive Oil

2 tablespoons The Sacred Olive Jalapeño Balsamic Vinegar

 

**for a milder version substitute 1/4 cup The Sacred Olive Persian Lime Olive Oil with 2 tablespoons The Sacred Olive Red Wine Vinegar

 

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and gently toss together. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
