- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 large mango
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- i jalapeño, minced without seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 tablespoons Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar
Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips, or use on toast points as bruschetta.
